Acceptance
When a person finds themselves in a difficult situation, such as a psychological or physical illness, it is advisable to accept the situation. This is because when you enter a stressful state, you are confronted with various emotions and worries. By accepting the situation, the stress and pain are softened. The worries decrease, and then one can look for a solution. At that point, the mind is clearer and less burdened by stress. There are people who are grateful to the Creator (swt) in every situation — and that is admirable. One can always turn to the Creator (swt) for help, healing, knowledge, and more. We have been given a headset by the Creator (swt); use this headset and be a good person.
